Party was for a two year old, so we were frantic. These guys ushered us in with no hesitation and set us up in their party room. It's much smaller than the original one we reserved elsewhere but everyone crowded in and the party went on! Employees were not super helpful, or overly friendly, but they did their jobs and took care of us as best they could. Honestly, they were probably feeling overwhelmed.
