Went when it was not busy. Sat in bar area. Bartender very very loud. Talking. Yelling. Waited for server. Finally had to get up look for someone. Clearly was bothered by us. Ordered two steaks. Filet and New York. Salad was out of a bag. Boring. Steaks to be med rare. Yikes filet was butterflied. Why!!! Well done. New York tough as leather. Overcooked. Waited no one came by. Again got up. Server says you want recook? Huh it was well done not med rare. Sides were ok. Waited and waited. Finally got steaks no new sides which were cold. A lot of money for no service and a loud bartender yapping about customers and others to anyone who would listen. Terrible steaks. Gave up. Second time raw. We asked for doggie bag. Took home. I cooked way I wanted. Asked for manager. He was busy. Paid. Left. I always tip well. Didn’t today. Big price for horrible service and food.

Seated by front door was freezing, kids misbehaving, server acting strange, scolded by manager when I complained about my steak being well done and burned when I ordered medium well. Still waiting for new steak 20 minutes later. Awful experience after a hard day's work. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place. They did remake the steak twice and still wasn't right but they took it off my bill so I gotta give them that. Maybe train your cooks on how to cook a steak on your own time.

I went to this location the other day with a group of friends, and all of us were absolutely shocked by how unprofessional and unpleasant the experience was. The bartender, Angela, was openly yelling at her coworkers it was loud enough for everyone nearby to hear. On top of that, she was making negative comments about customers while people were still sitting there eating. It was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable.
This wasn’t just a minor attitude issue it was blatant disrespect and total lack of professionalism. My friends and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing and hearing. We all left disappointed and frustrated, and several of my friends have also left their own reviews about how bad it was.
Afterward, I decided to look through other reviews of this location, and I realized this kind of behavior seems to be a pattern here. There are multiple complaints about rude staff, poor service, and a management team that clearly doesn’t address the problem. Outback used to be known for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, but this Keizer location has completely lost that reputation.
If management doesn’t start holding their employees accountable, they’re going to keep losing customers. This visit was enough for me I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be warning others to avoid this location altogether.

The bartender Angela is one of the worst servers I have encountered at any restaurant she’s un welcoming and disrespectful she talks openly about her customers and how she dosent like being there and she even talks about her own coworkers as person like this should not be in hospitality this place seriously is going down hill.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Outback Steakhouse
Our recent visit to Outback Steakhouse was, without question, one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Despite having a reservation for 3:30 PM — in the middle of the day when the restaurant was not busy — we were not seated until nearly 20 minutes after our reservation time.
Once seated, things only went downhill. We were “served” by three different servers plus a manager, yet not one of them checked on our table without us flagging them down. When we finally spoke up about the lack of service, each of them responded with attitude rather than professionalism, and not a single person offered an apology.
It took 30 minutes just to receive two draft beers and a glass of wine, and over an hour to get our salads. At an hour and a half in, with still no entrees in sight, we told them we were leaving and did not want our food. The response? “Okay, but you still have to pay for your alcoholic beverages.” Still, no apology, no sense of urgency, and no accountability.
To make matters worse, twice they tried to deliver food that wasn’t even ours — including a salad and appetizers we never ordered. Meanwhile, the items we did order never showed up. One of the servers even made a direct and insulting remark to someone in our party, which was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.
We were a party of nine who had called ahead and done everything right to ensure a smooth experience. Instead, we received unacceptable service, zero communication, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
In summary, the service was absolutely terrible, no one apologized, and the staff’s attitude made an already bad situation worse. We will not be returning to this location, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before dining here.
