    Nice clean grocery store. Quite large with many selections. I want to emphasize the clean part. Went on a Saturday afternoon, busy, but employees were keeping the place picked up and the floors were shiny from obvious consistent upkeep. Advertised sale items were in stock with selections of different varieties. Prices were as expected from a Safeway. Nice shopping experience.

    The store was clean and stocked with everything, but the employees and five of the entire shopping experience was uninviting and slightly hostile to be honest I was stocked relentlessly, even though I didn’t steal or look like I could’ve stolen one item I don’t steal it’s really rude and offensive Safeway really needs to get its employees to act right at all their locations. Especially because I see other people not being treated the way I am stealing entire bags of groceries. Probably able to because I’m being followed not them.

    I recently bought steaks from Safeway Tanousborne , brought them home put them in the freezer and when I took them out of my freezer to thaw in my fridge, I opened the package and it was spoiled the meat was slimy on top and it had not even fully thawed. I took the meat back to Safeway’s customer service desk and I was told that I could not return or replace the meat because, I did not have the receipt. I also called the corporate office and they said that they could not help me because I didn’t have an email account with Safeway. I’ve never had an email account with Safeway. I’ve been shopping at this Safeway since 1991. I’m really disappointed. I did have another experience with them before but it was about the pork country ribs, but they did take of that at the time customer service rep said to me, and I quote ( I bet you won’t buy the pork again). I’m not sure what’s happening with their meat, the seem to be valid.

    Good cheap Chinese food in deli, although I must make a recommendation. You have new pad Thai but its offered as an entree and it looked like no one is getting it. Not many people are going to want chow mein/fried rice and then a noodle dish. Offer at as a side and it will be more popular.
