As I walked in, there were several racks of discounted items and I grabbed a few Indian food products. At checkout, I asked the guy how much the three items were with 50% off. He said they rang up normal price and I pointed to the rather large 50% off poster. He said he couldn’t change the price and kinda ignored me, saying he couldn’t get in trouble, so I walked a few feet to the manager station/counter. She walked over, looked at the sign, looked at the products and said I have to check with that department, I’ll be back. I returned to the checkout, bought the avocados and left. Definite management issue here, making checkers fearful of making obvious pricing adjustments.

Which I don't even know how to. 😆 Apparently he does not realize the machine had the product available in the Pokémon machine when I showed up. I purchased what was available and then he was taking pictures of me from behind. I asked why and he said that I was hacking the machine. 😆 He's not a happy person and treated me very disrespectfully. The manager Kevin was just as bad and doesn't act like a manager. Both need to be trained on how to handle situations like this in a professional manner. All I asked for was an apology which I never received. I will not bring my business there anymore.

Small self checkout stands often with a line no matter what time of day, they all work just busy, overall okay but could stand some improvement
