I don’t even know where to start, I’ve grown very frustrated with the service I've received at this store. Despite being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I've experienced repeated issues with being overcharged, which has happened so frequently that I've lost count. Also, the change to the self-checkout policy, limiting it to 15 items or less, has forced me to use the employee checkout lanes. Unfortunately, this has not improved my shopping experience. In fact, I've noticed that my groceries are often not bagged properly, and I've been overcharged on multiple occasions, including as recently as yesterday. When I brought this issue to the attention of an employee, I was informed that the self-checkout policy change was implemented due to theft prevention. While I understand the need to mitigate losses, I believe that this policy change has unfairly impacted customers like myself who shop in good faith. Theft can occur regardless of the number of items purchased, and it's concerning that the store's solution seems to be shifting the burden to customers rather than addressing the root causes of the issue. As someone who has shopped at this store for over a decade, I've noticed a significant decline in service quality since the staff changes a few years ago. I've taken the time to contact corporate and file a formal complaint, hoping that my complaint will be heard and that changes will be made to improve at least my shopping experience ,hopefully others too. Besides from the pharamcy, I’m no longer shopping here. I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and that the store will take steps to address these issues and regain the trust of its loyal customers.
