They used to be great but now every single week they give me crazy substitutions that don't make any sense and when I call them to change the substitution they just say "oh well the shopper already got done so there is nothing we can do". They pick wild substitutions and on the app you can only approve or decline so I either get some random items that mess up my meal plans or just not get an item at all. And this week the person I spoke to was so rude and said there was nothing she could do so I just had to pay for a bunch of stuff I didn't even order??????? I didn't even approve any of them on the app!!!! The convenience of online grocery shopping is completely negated!!!
