Stood in line for forever and they wouldn’t get the cashier area kept telling people they don’t do that use the kiosk which wasn’t working, two families just left she was so rude and no they were not busy at all except the three groups in line only one person in the drive thru and two of us just left bcuz of how rude she was.

I used to come here every Sunday for breakfast, but the staff is always unpleasant — especially the guy with tattoos on his arms (a butterfly tattoo on his left one). He’s constantly rude and looks annoyed all the time. Every Sunday felt ruined because of that. Today was my last time coming here — I’ve had enough. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

No one was behind me so I asked to stay. Still I was told to move forward per policy. I know they have a quota in how fast drive through service is but this was an inconvenience. So I ask for a full refund. Manager came to the register and wouldn't talk to me. I will never come to this McDonald's ever again.

And they get so pissed bc you ask for ketchup even if u added it to ur order they dont include it so u have to ask and they get mad about it. Not coming back to this location ever. Staff is super rude and dont even get me started on the manger. Oh and dont be surprised if you find other stuff in ur food from different food items they serve.
