I ordered items that should have included the pieces. When my order arrived, the drink and Big Mac were missing them. I informed them, and they said there was nothing they could do since the promotion was almost over. However, they gave me an extra one since I was missing two. The tables were all dirty, and I found a relatively cleaner spot to sit. When they brought my food, she offered to clean the table, but I decided to move to another table instead. Throughout my entire dining experience, no one came out to clean that table or any of the other dirty ones. However, they do bring your food to the table, which is a newer service for me, and I'm giving them an extra star for that.
