Then told me oh the driver is almost there and asked if I got a call, that I received while I was on hold with them after 35 minutes the order was marked delivered. They offer a free medium pizza for their mistakes but you wouldn't get it anyway with how bad delivery is online when I said there was an issue. Their solution over the phone was to cancel and refund.... How about I have a family to feed and you do your job.
