He made us feel very comfortable to ask any questions we had, and was wholeheartedly earnest, funny, and welcoming. He talked us through their selection of premade sandwiches, showed us the custom sandwhich station, offered to cut our giant premade sandwhich (which he didn't have to do), and was overall a joy.
