I don't know if its the manager or not. Once she laughed at me for asking if they still did chocolate dipped cones. I was only asking because the location in my home town still did it. Then she acted like we were stupid for asking for a plain sundae. Correcting us saying "we don't have that" and I said "you're telling me you can't just give me some soft serve in a cup?" Its ridiculous. If shes this rude to customers time and time again, people should be concerned with how she may be treating her employees aswell.
