The service is very slow and/or the food quality is quite poor. This is a poor representation of the McDonalds brand. I will not be returning to this location.

On this particular order, the sauces that were ordered with McNuggets were not included. No salt was ordered on fries, and sure enough fries were salted and soggy. It is pretty disappointing that this happens on a regular basis, I understand that this is a franchise, but it does hurt the brand as a whole.

I specifically asked for fresh and didn't get that. I tried leaving a complaint via customer service, but I didn't have a restaurant # because they also failed to give me the receipt I asked for. I must share these photos, because this is unacceptable. Absolutely gross.
