  The sugar-free iced coffee I ordered came very dark brown. It's supposed to be a light blonde color. Now it's bitter and tastes watered down. My day's a bit ruined, but I'll get over it. The man who made it I saw, he was a young Latino guy. That's all. Please don't make the same mistake. It's literally gross.

  If they ask you to go park in spot number one or number two tell them no. Unless you like sitting in your car for 10 minutes before you have to go inside and ask them for your order it’s the third time it’s happened to me now.

  I order a double quarter today on drive thru I got small pounder like cheese burger instead even the meat was not warm

  Around 8:50 PM, after attending an evening event, I arrived at this location's drive-thru and placed an order. As a military Veteran and member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I noticed the cashier repeatedly using my legal name with a particular emphasis while they could see me on the monitor based on my appearance. When I pulled up to the window and they could clearly see my appearance, they did it again. I paid for my order but declined the receipt. Based on previous smooth experiences at McDonald's, I didn't think I would need it—a lesson I've now learned. At the next window, an employee handed me my drinks and asked me to pull into a designated parking spot to wait for my food. I complied and waited nearly 15 minutes for two sandwiches, fries, and chicken nuggets. During this time, I watched car after car pass me with their completed orders. I also observed many customers who had ordered inside receive their food. I went back through the drive-thru, where a person who appeared to be a manager wearing a beanie kept giving me odd glares through the window. I informed them that I had been waiting for 15 minutes in the requested spot and had received nothing. They apologized and asked me to go back and wait again. This time, I waited for another 15 minutes. Finally, I went through the drive-thru one last time, returned the drinks, and politely asked for a refund. After seeing at least half a dozen cars and numerous in-store customers get their food while I was told to wait, I recognized that the issue wasn't simply that they were "just busy." While I have no 100% proof, based on the series of interactions I had, I have a strong feeling that I was treated this way because of my LGBTQIA+ identity from the very specific phrasing of my name to the very noticeable leers I received. I will never transact at this location again based on just the interactions alone. Update/reply to Owner's Response: As soon as I posted this review to Google Maps at home, I immediately followed up on the feedback location of the McDonald's website a hour after the occurrence happened and prior to the Owner's suggestion with a direct copy and paste of this exact original review with all pertinent contact info as requested.
