My friend had a mistake with her order the other day, and she asked me to drive back to get it resolved. When I told them what had happened, it was as if I (the person who had received the wrong product) was inconveniencing the people who messed up my order 😂! There’s also a girl in the afternoon who just hands you your food and looks away in disgust without saying a word. Slams the window in your face. Like what? I’m not the type to complain, and I’m not throwing anyone under the bus, but I feel like I had to come here and say something because genuinely there’s a good chunk of employees here who aren’t very good with customer service. Other than that, usually the food’s great. There are the occasional mistaken orders, like I received the other day. And there are some really nice employees, one in particular that’s always a joy to see whenever I visit this location at night. I believe her name’s Hailey? She’s really sweet, love her! I just hope this review will help management understand maybe some more training has to happen? Like genuinely I don’t understand why half of the employees here are so rude.
