  You never know what the temp of your food will be and if your coffee will be stirred to mix the cream and sugar. Service in the morning isn’t great but gets the job done.

  McDonald’s says it’s 24 hours but really is not. They have a switch over. I believe it’s 2 AM to 3 AM. I’ve always gone in between that time at different times and they always tell me where we’re in between switch over unable to sell product. I don’t understand why a 24 hour McDonald’s takes an hour for switch over also I work at 6 o’clock in the morning I come at 5:15 to get a mocha they tell me that the machine is down for cleaning if there’s an hour switch over why isn’t the machine being clean then? I used to work in fast food. My switchover literally was 10 minutes. From Chef to shift, and we never turned down a customer if they can switch from breakfast to lunch right from 11 o’clock to 1101 what are they doing at that time? Lol

  The food is pretty good and consistent, the workers always get most of my order right. I would give a way better rating, but they almost always forget my nugget sauces. It’s annoying and for 30¢ extra if they’re ordered alone, you shouldn’t be forgetting them. The workers are always super nice and they’re all great people, just please, please remember the nugget sauce. I will change my review once I go 5 times in a row and my sauces aren’t forgotten.

  Literally the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Don’t come here if you need your order in less than 20 minutes. Food tastes fine. About what you’d expect from McDonald’s. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what, but the drive thru is always so slow. I seldom leave negative reviews, but had more than enough time while I sat in the drive thru.

  Former employee, the managers will talk bad about guests and employees, some employees will purposefully make a bad product for a customer if they don’t like that customer. The store is always a disaster. utensils aren’t properly cleaned, the grill’s very rarely get cleaned properly unless there is a inspection coming up, managers almost never wash there hands and employees will wash there hands maybe 3 times during a shift. Overall every bad store to work at or to get food from and definitely do NOT suggest anyone getting food from Dundas McDonalds
