    Went through the drive-thru what a horrible experience I asked them to make me a coffee on the way to work and made sure I told them twice to Stir It Well never stirred it

    I specifically ordered a dish to play a double game, but there was supposed to be a sticker with prize codes on the box, but they gave me food without a sticker. When I asked the manager to bring me a sticker, she brought me stickers that had been torn off other customers' boxes. It was a torn sticker. They are simply behaving unprofessionally. I don't think they should touch other people's things. After all, they are serving people.

    Usually great service and consistent quality at this location; however, I am making this review to notify management of an employee that seems to be toxic for their workplace. My husband ordered a breakfast burrito, and it seemed like our order was almost ready. An employee that placed their order after us then walked out of the back with said breakfast burritos. When another worker said it was for a customers order she had ready to go, she was met with some choice works and was VERY rude/sassy to the seemingly kind older woman working. The younger woman's attitude to another hard working employee was disheartening, and downright embarrassing for us to watch. No one should have to put up with that. Occurred between 8 and 9am today*.
