When I specifically asked for a plain Big Mac with only cheese, they ended up putting all of the toppings. Also, when they served us our drinks it was me and a few of my other friends. We had to wait at least 10 minutes to receive our straws and when we finally left our food was cold. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience for me and my friends.
