Today ability to count the number of hash browns. Could I have returned and had this rectified, certainly, alas I should not have to. So congratulations. That extra 10 seconds you could have taken to ensure the order is right.

When I mentioned this to the young lady working around 8:50 pm on December 15th, she handled the situation very calmly and professionally. Even though it was my mistake, she kindly made me a large coffee without any issue. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really left a good impression on me. I’m very satisfied with the service and truly appreciate her help. Great job!👍🏼😍
