  EVERY TIMEI go through this drive-thru SOMETHING in my order is wrong. EVERY. TIME. Please start attaching receipts with the order details to the outside of the bag. (Ex. Double QP, Large Fry, Large coke) There's literally NO reason my order should be wrong EVERY time.

  Like it's McDonald's, so set your expectations accordingly. Our experience was pretty below average. They screwed up the order twice, the customer service was really subpar given the attitudes we experience when bringing up the fact that our order was wrong twice. I particularly wasn't impressed with the fact that in spite of the fact that we ordered food and got different food, they didn't let us keep the wrong order food which I guess that's not what I paid for but I already just going to throw it out anyways? I hope they're not going to give that food that we opened and touched to someone else. It also seems wasteful just to throw it out. General cleanliness was mediocre as well. McDonald's breakfast is McDonald's breakfast so take that as you will.

  Very very disappointed to say the least. Ordered 2 quarter pounder combos and the French fries were stone cold and hard as rocks and I am not joking. Got tap water instead of bottled water and the burgers looked like they were thrown in the boxes . It’s sad when you pay $30 for 2 combos and get crap…. Well I guess that’s fast food , seems like no one cares anymore. It’s all about the money

  I visited McDonald's recently for a quick treat and was initially pleased by how easy it was to place my order—no line, no hassle. I ordered a single McFlurry, and at the time, it was the only order on the screen. However, what should have been a fast and simple experience turned into a frustrating 10-minute wait. During that time, several other customers came in, placed their orders, and received their food while I stood there waiting. The temporary worker behind the counter seemed completely disengaged. Even when his manager asked if he was going to make the McFlurry, he casually said yes—and then continued to do nothing. Eventually, the manager had to step in and make it himself, which took all of 30 seconds. The McFlurry itself was fine—exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's—but the service was disappointing. A simple order shouldn't take that long, especially when the store isn't busy. Verdict: Decent product, but the wait and lack of urgency from staff made the experience frustrating.

  Restaurant is clean and I don't usually have issues with my order. However my last trip here they had mixed up my order with somebody else's. The manager "Michael" could use some customer service training. He didn't believe me at first and treated me like I was a liar. Other than that, not a bad location.
