Very hard workers here. Food is served quickly, no time wasted. Good quality. I think it's the first I ordered a mcFlurry and it was actually mixed all the way to the bottom. If you want McDonald's in Windsor, come to this one.

One of the French fries were stale kindly take action against the guy who prepared my order as I ordered through Uber eats.
This is a clear case of negligence on duty.
I ordered a bundle meal rest all things were fine but I found one of the French fries piece stale.
I have ordered many times from this restaurant kindly take strict action against the person who was handling my order.

visited this McDonald’s and noticed that none of the employees preparing food were wearing gloves. It made me really uncomfortable, especially since they were touching food, screens, and other surfaces. Cleanliness and hygiene should be taken more seriously here. Definitely needs improvement.

Terrible McDonald’s. Right by my school so I’m there all the time and they constantly mess up. They’ve given me the wrong food on multiple occasions, and just today I placed an order for delivery and I waited for over an hour. I contacted support 4 separate times, 3 by text and 1 by phone call. The first time I called they finally assigned me a driver (after at least half an hour), who then cancelled and they failed to reassign a driver until I contacted them the second time. The third was by phone and was after my driver spent 20 minutes at the store waiting for my order. They called the driver who didn’t respond and then they just told me to keep waiting and ended the call. I finally just cancelled the order and got a refund. Every time I contacted support it was “just 10 more minutes.” Worst service I’ve ever received. Terrible experience. I recommend going to any other McDonald location even if it’s out of the way.

Whoever was working the second window tonight (October 27th around 10 PM) needs to be retrained or replaced. I don’t even mean to sound harsh, but she was absolutely terrible at her job.
I’ve been to this McDonald’s a billion times. Never had a single issue before. The food’s always fine, orders always right, service usually quick. But tonight was hands-down the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.
First off, only one drive-thru lane was open, and the line was already wrapped around the corner. I ordered through the app to make things easier for both of us. When I got to the speaker, they confirmed they had my order. I pull up to the window, wait about 10–15 minutes, finally get to the second window and the worker tells me she doesn’t have my order and that I need to go all the way back around.
Instead of simply asking for my order number or typing it in, she decided to send me back through that entire line. That’s pure laziness and zero problem-solving. I had to circle through again, sit through another long line, wasting gas, time, and patience all for one McDouble combo.
By the time I finally got my food, I’d been in the drive-thru for nearly 30 minutes. And to top it off, my drink wasn’t even filled all the way and even though I ordered no pickles, there was still pickles on my burger.
This is fast food. Waiting half an hour for one small combo is ridiculous. Ordering on the app is supposed to make things easier, not harder. And if there’s a long line, workers should be focused on efficiency, not having ten-minute conversations with the car in front.
I’m genuinely disappointed. This location is usually great, but tonight was unacceptable. I hope management sees this and takes action because experiences like this should never happen again.
