Like c'mon people get your stuff together. You'd think they'd have that stuff available in the morning??? I'm on break when I come in so I don't have the time for their incompetence. I also come here early in the morning on my way into work some days for a coffee and they say they can't serve anyone for about 15 or 20 minutes because of changeover or cleaning or whatever. Super frustrating location to visit. I will say they've gotten better around 3:30am when I come in for a coffee but it's around the 7:30am time they need to work on.....

- NANiloofar AzarOct 16, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s this morning. I ordered a latte through the drive-thru and was asked to park in the “red spot” to wait for it. I waited for almost 20 minutes, but my coffee never arrived. When I finally went inside to ask, the staff told me they had completely forgotten about my order. They said they would make it right away, but at that point, I was already late for work and had to leave without the coffee I paid for. 20 minutes for a coffee!!!!!!! This location is always disorganized and careless with customer orders. It’s very frustrating to see such a lack of attention and customer service. I hope management seriously improves their process because this is unacceptable.
