I had to wait over 10 minutes when they told me to park at spot one in drive though and I got 2 small things every time you go though drive through here they will make you park and wait no matter how small your order is

I like the two franchise owners. They checked on their staffs often. Staffs pay more attention when they are there. Not so much once they left. Staff chews gum nonstop at cash is not fashionable. Duty manager needs to pay more attention. 🙏🏼

Worst Mcd in Ontario.
I usually wait for my order around 5 minutes
But at this specific mcd i have to 20-30 minutes.
Even after this eternity wait, the orders comes wrong.
The staff is rude and very lazy.
The owner should investigate and intervene.
They are a joke for fast food chain restaurants.

No nugget sauce, straws, wrong items, missing items, etc. Just a complete mess. Has gone completely downhill in the last few years. It’s a shame. Foreman’s McDonald’s in Whitby are suffering
