Went to this location today tried to use the rewards program to get point and use some of the offers and once again like everytime I’ve been to this McDonalds they aren’t accepting the code or the offers from the McDonald’s app but every other location does. I’m not sure if it’s the inexperienced badly trained staff or if it’s the owner of this location doesn’t wanna give the discounts but it’s a joke! Will not be returning to this McDonalds again crappy location do not recommend!!

this mcdonalds is the worst in welland by far... the workers are lazy and don't even listen to your orders. forgot 3/5 things in my order. You're better off taking the drive to niagara st because this is unacceptable.

Waited almost 30 mins for a two cheeseburger meal and a medium coffee just now. Everything was cold. Nuked everything at home to avoid the disappointment of having to wait another 30 minutes for hopefully "hot fast food" .....

Made us wait for 5 min for fresh fries they where cold both the 2 happy meals and 10 peice nuggets were cold ordered large fries gave me a medium

I’ve been to mcdonald’s in over 17 countries now and 100’s of location in canada but never seen a location like this - in a negative sense.
Professionalism ~ negative 10
The employees working there are hitting each other abusing like that’s their love language

Not posting here for privacy reasons if the owner or someone from headquarters need it to improve the work culture I’ll be more than happy to share.
Empathy - negative 10 again
It was around 3am i grabbed my order via drive thruu quick and easy but then i see kn the other side a delivery driver standing out for pickup.
** it was -18 degrees and the freezing rain
I just stop by and asked why you’re waiting here you can use the drive thruu
He replied they are not allowed to use drive thruu
Where is your humanity and empathy mcdonalds?
This is so inhuman of either the owner or the management
I’ve never seen any mcdonalds location not allowing drive thruu to pickup orders when the dine in is closed.
I use to order 2-3 time a week easy always chose this location
This location is around 300m away from my residence but now i prefer to drive 4km to another location to have my mcveggie
I know my 2-3 orders will not make a difference but I cannot support any business running against some basis humanity principle’s
