    Everytime you order now youre forced to go park and wait even when in drive thru… they’re abusing the reserved parkings because they’re literally getting lazy at this location. I havent had a normal drive thru experience in a while now.

    I went here to place an order and the lady at the counter was very nice with me. She convinced me of ordering some Nuggets with some sort of new sauce for my Mother lol 😂 hahaha it is always good to get in touch with nice people! Hahaha Thank You Guys!!

    I ordered two McFlurrys with extra fudge and Oreo and asked for some extra extra and they literally gave me the best, absolutely LOADED McFlurrys I have ever had in my life man. Whoever answered the phone needs raise

    Don’t know what’s happened in the last few months but this place has gone downhill. I’ve worked fast food for years and there’s no reason for someone to wait 20 minutes consistently for a simple breakfast meal. You Wait all the at time you’d think they were waiting for the food to finished being cooked! Nope expect barely warm food! Also was told to pull forward before for a simple McMuffin meal and FIVE cars went past me. I had to call the store to remind them I was waiting. Also got my food first and watched two girls struggle how to make a double double TOGETHER. How do u have people waiting for coffee in a morning line? You should be way ahead on your drinks then food. Honestly I’d probably save more time going to the other location in Welland then wait in that bs line. Management get it together.

    There were no napkins and no one cared. The ketchup and soda dispensers weren't working. The Coke I got from behind the counter, tasted like water with a little color. The place is a mess, and again, no one cares. The staff seem uninterested, and there is general air of apathy throughout the place. I didn't expect to order lobster thermador prepared to perfection, but come on guys. HQ should be very concerned. Go somewhere else!
