  Wallaceburg mcdonalds has the most friendly staff I've ever experienced in Ontario. It would be a 5 star if the coffee wasn't so horrible. 3 different coffees, all terrible. I only drink coffee when I Need to, bad coffee is a day wrecker.

  Staff is very nice. Very disappointed in the discontinuing of my Egg's Benny Breakfast. That is with a doubt, The Best menu breakfast you've ever had. Bring it back!

  Ordered the new dill pickle chicken sandwich... Hardly and pickles, sauce or pickle chips on... Very disappointed

  Went through drive thru. Waited at least 10 minutes for well done fries. You can see from the picture that they are nowhere close to well done. They are practically white and they were all flimsy. Not great. This is an ongoing problem at this location. None of their employees can grasp hold of the concept of well done. Its close to every visit. Unfortunately for us it's the only one around unless we wanna drive for 45 min to chatham and back. And it's not like the fries are cheap anymore. This meal was 2 burgers and fries it was $15. Then only thing asked for was well done fries. The 2 regular hamburgers we wanted as they come. So I had to wait 15 mjns for normal fries not well done. I am having a hard time processing why i had to wait. Anyway. To the employees "DO BETTER".

  Went through the drive through at 5:07 in the morning and ordered 6 muffins and a dozen cookies and a large coffee. Paid and they asked me to move forward as I had the wait. I have done this in the past and have had to wait yet this time I left the drive through with only my coffee I went into ask after 15 minutes worth of waiting and went inside and the staff looked stunned when I asked what was happening. I wasn’t argumentative and they only said there was still 4 minutes. No refund offered or even just my muffins. I’ve ordered the same order in the past and waited no more than 4 minutes, so I paid $19 for a mediocre coffee, awful service and it’s my fault for coming in on a weekend. Called from work to complain and the manager just said sorry and have my receipt, you only receive a receipt with your order. They will give me a free meal, it’s a blanket statement to shut you down which is terrible customer care. I paid more than a simple meal. Don’t go here on a weekend or after 5pm on any day, the crew working matters.
