    For a downtown location on young street every time I visit there since I started working across the street it's slow service when there's only 4 or 5 customers being served and this whole new age ordering at the computer then going to the counter doesn't work for me I prefer going to the cashier ordering my food and receiving it at the cashier it was much faster and more efficient than not now.

    1. One of the employees said cash wasn’t allowed, but another employee accepted it without problems 2. The washrooms are small and disgusting, 🤢 Piss on the walls, gunk in the corners, and even more weird stuff 3. And of course, the place is suffering from insane inflation

    I had order an apple pie but it was dry and tasteless, also a corner seat section close to the counter smelled pee, disgusting, so i had to move to the front, close to the windows, it was a cleaner section but I stayed for about 10 to 15 min, then i left

    They only provide customer service and those who come to pick up the delivery are delayed and have to wait for 10-15 minutes. Why? We are delivery boys, we also have time, so why should we be late? If we just provide customer service, why should we have to wait so long? We are also customers.
