McDonald’s is known to have the best customer service training and what I saw yesterday was a poor reflection of that. The Employee name Rusqaya ( forgive my incorrect spelling of her name) was actively engaging in an argument with a customer. Instead of using her customer service training to deal deal with the customer she decided it was perfectly fine to engage the customer in an argument and escalate it, by not stopping when her co- workers asked her to stop. The co-workers were trying to de-escalate the situation by asking her to stop engaging in an argument with the customer. She continued. This is what your customer service training teaches now? I was very disappointed and disgusted in that display. Shame on Rusqaya and her poor customer service and lack of training. Shame on McDonald’s for condoning her disgusting behaviour

You can find free parking across the street on the two roads that run perpendicular to Eglinton and paid parking. Near by. No parking on Eglinton.
- NMNick MagesOct 30, 20251.0I ordered a MC crispy sandwich and walk back to my hotel because I had to get to bed early and fly out in the morning and in the bag was a veggie sandwich. It's not rocket science. I called to ask them to refund it and they said I have to come in to get the money refunded. So I have to walk five blocks in the Rain from my hotel and then five blocks back to get a refund when I have to leave the city at 6:00 a.m. tomorrow. Do not visit this location.
