These people are the literal worst. I come here every single day simply because I use the app on my break for it to be quick and every single day they manage to mess up my order if not things being Not the right items then it’s them forgetting something and then instead of apologizing as someone in customer service would I’m here getting laughed at they’re here finding it amusing that an order was messed up. I’m all for fun in a workplace, but this is extremely unprofessional and the fact that I’m constantly & other people who work in the mall are constantly facing this You guys need to truly do better

I’ve been a regular at this location for over five years, and it used to be great — friendly service and consistently good experiences. Lately though, not so much.
On my visit October 19, 2025 and my order went up on the screen, then was taken down about five minutes later. Their screen does not serve to indicate the true nature of your orders status, but to show their investors they are efficient when reality is much different (order consisted of a Bagel sandwich combo)
After 15 minutes I asked about my food, the employee said something about waiting for a bagel?
In that time, I noticed multiple delivery drivers and other customers who ordered after me getting their food first. Big huge bags of food, the delivery drivers would crowd the counter completely disorientating staff, its a complete mess.
After waiting over 20 minutes with no food, I ended up getting a refund.
It really felt like delivery orders are being prioritized over people who come in person, especially during the busy morning rush.
It’s disappointing, because this used to be one of my go-to spots. Im going to avoid it from now on, theres a bit less convenient location but ill take the time, I like good customer service.
