I got a delivery order and they didn’t send me my Big Mac burger AGAIN this is the second time they’re doing the same thing I believe that they just feel like not sending a complete order if you’re taking something with a promo and it is so wrong and I hope they never do it again because it’s probably the most and I think if you’re ordering food.

I’m really disappointed with this McDonald’s. My delivery order was completely wrong — they forgot multiple items, and the fries that did arrive were cold and stale. I paid full price for something I couldn’t even enjoy. It’s frustrating that this keeps happening, and quality control clearly isn’t being taken seriously. I expected better from a big chain like McDonald’s. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again unless they fix their service.
