It was soo thick, warm and extra sweet I think one who was making it he added the half bottle in it. I have to use extra straw so blend it and broke one of it during the process. I am gonna add a compliant to food safety Ontario for bad food quality and immediately I got stomach issue from same bad drink. You deserve zero for this and a right action with penalty by food safety department. Terrible service so far.

We don't even eat eggs and we had to bite down the chicken burger unknowlingly. The staff just apologized and were very occupied. We understand that it is a mistake from your end but from our end it's a blunder which we had to face. So not done. Literally unsatisfied and disappointed with the service. Never going to McD anymore. Worst time.

I make the same order at other mcdonalds and never received anything like this. How can you mess up a simple coffee when you have max 2 drinks to manage at a time. This location is also always busy and never seem to have enough staff because it takes a long time to receive your order. Have also been there before where I just order a coffee, I see it placed on the rack ready to go and it takes the other worker 5 mins to give it to me.

I really appreciated that.
