  Too small, uncomfortable for people with long legs to sit down. The tables are fixed in some areas. Because of the hospital's proximity, it's a big intersection with high tourist and young nightlife visitors. The place should be open until midnight, if not 2 AM. The bathroom is smelly and often dirty, but on the positive side, it's open to everyone, which is helpful for homeless people who can't go to Tim Hortons because it's 7/7 out of order. I think that a long-hour McDonald's would have been a humane option to help people who have nowhere else to go, such as hospital patients just released and people from the shelter.

  No kiosks to order at, just face to face and they're actually busy with drive-thru No self serve refills = the lack of trust stings Not open 24hr anymore, a beacon in the long Torontonian night is snuffed forever Bathrooms yes No vestibule = freeze your nalgas off dine-in experience Check your bags before you go they often forget 1/3rd of the order and make sure to ask for ketchup Overall its a functional McDonalds in an ever evaporating pool of service and as time grinds ever onward the usefulness and desirability of this location forms ever more rings in the puddle of your dreams. Remember there's a Popeyes a block north. Enjoy.

  This place is not for everyone but it's one of my favorite McD's. The staff are above average. The food is what you expect to find at McDonald's. It has a drive thru which is rare for downtown Toronto. It's in an older neighborhood where people face many challenges but you can still sit and enjoy your meal. Bathrooms are maintained. If you like to interact with people this my be a good choice.

  I had a really bad experience at McDonald’s today. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful — my order took much longer than expected, and when I finally got it, the food was cold and not made properly. I tried to ask for help, but no one seemed to care or even apologize. McDonald’s usually provides quick and friendly service, but this visit was very disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the staff’s attitude and quality of service.

  I bought a Big Mac menu here today. My fries were waiting and I asked for them to change it. They told me to wait 3 minutes but no one apologized and no one spoke to me to make up for it. I worked as a manager at McDonald's. Should such behavior never be exhibited? Your name is Ramtin. They told me that. The reason I'm writing this is because customers are never your slaves. You have to respect them and give them good service. If you can't do it, stay home, okay?
