Had to wait almost 30mins just for my food and staff don't even wear gloves/hairnets while working. Also when I got my food I sat down and got up to fill my drink cup manager yelled at me saying I couldn't refill even though I haven't filled my cup yet. She insisted that she saw me when I literally didn't.... Such a terrible experience I just took my food and left.
