Tonight was the full combo. 4 a.m., empty drive-thru, ordered hotcakes and got no syrup, no fork, no knife — just pancakes and audacity. Went back for the missing items and got attitude like I was asking for a loan, not my own food. Shout-out to Vanessa (the manager) and the older Filipino lady, I believe her name is Marlene (sorry if I got the name wrong). They actually care, do their jobs properly, and deserve raises. The daytime staff understand the assignment. The overnight crew? Please stop packing bags like it’s a guessing game. I’ll drive to another McDonald’s before coming here overnight again.

It says online 24hrs but you get there at 545 and the doors are locked and the staff are hiding when you try to get their attention. Next let's go to my last 2 dine in experiences. I was sitting eating my food and it wasn't that busy. This older male employee asked me to move my stuff so he could wipe my table. He calls you baby trying to get your attention. "Please baby just move your things so I can wipe over here. Thank you baby. " I'm a grown women and this made me very uncomfortable. Again another day. Same time same employee. Wants me to move me feet so he can mop. I told him no I'm eating my food and to leave me alone. Get this man off the floor and tell him to stop harassing the diners. Unacceptable.
