They gave me a Double Big Mac, without any extra burgers, and I paid for that. After almost getting home, I had to go back to McDonald's to fix the problem (30 minutes of traffic). The staff told me that the order didn't appear in the system and that they couldn't see any details about the burger. They told me the money would be returned to my account, which I checked, but it was never returned. They also told me to buy another combo because the previous one was free, and my account had both payments subtracted from my money. I mean, I had to buy x2. I feel scammed, I feel like they laughed at me. I want a prompt response and solution. I will put all this on social media. Why is there an option in the app to add more hamburgers? If they don't do it when you choose? What's the game? Scamming people?
