    The staff are good. The lady at the drive through early evening is fantastic. Your line cooks take too long to make a meal why?????

    There's no accountability whatsoever with this restaurant. They've messed up my order several times with no apology. When I needed a refund processed, they just got "close enough" and said it was "only a couple of pennies". No and it was more than a couple of pennies. Close enough isn't good enough, it should be the precise amount when they are unable to deliver the services they promise. Take your "couple of pennies" and dine somewhere else, this place is absolutely infuriating.

    Stood waiting a long ng time at register before being recognized and served. Fryer alarms beeped a long time and one beeper began to beep at a faster pace before anyone attended the fryers and pressed and silenced the alarms. However, once I was recognized and placed my order I believe I received my order in good time. The employees were kept busy with drive thru and online orders. A better balance is needed in service to walk in customers. Washrooms are well kept on this visit. The dinning area and tables could use more care to wipe down table tops to remove previous customers spillages.

    The entire McDonalds staff is great but I never ever ever have an issue or have to wait when the tall Michael dude is there, or the guy with long dreads both black and i think a bit blonde but unfortunately, I couldn't get his name but he worked on October 21 and Xavier/Javier the light brown skinned person manager. Phenomenal people. Thank you for your hard work!
