We ordered a regular mixed ice cream cone and were served an extremely small, poorly made swirl that in no way resembled the quality we’ve always received. When we asked—calmly and reasonably—why the portion was so small, we were met with an astonishingly dismissive response: “I can’t help you, that’s what you get.” This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. It is frustrating, disrespectful, and frankly shocking coming from a place known for such great products. No customer should be treated with that kind of indifference. What happened today left us feeling both disappointed and insulted, and it raises serious concerns about how customers are being treated.
