One of the female staff members was extremely rude and unprofessional toward customers. She also misbehaved with an Uber driver simply because he was French and told him to leave, which felt disrespectful and discriminatory. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in customer service. Management really needs to look into this and provide proper training. Date 30 December night 12:28 Am ! He was even translating his side in phone but she was not ready to look into that ! She was wearing something manager i guess , kindly take action before we get to upper management, contact us for more information . we are 5 of customers there . We want action.

As one of if not the only McDonalds that has the play structure in the Sudbury area we find ourselves here often enough. As a family of 4, I really wish this McDonalds made a few changes to improve th family experience.
Some really quick things they can do to improve the experience:
-Add hooks inside the play structure room for kids to hang their coats by their boots.
-Add step stools to the bathrooms so kids can wash their hands.
-Offering a small cup with lid with milk/chocolate milk orders would be amazing. If not, my kids will spill those milk containers all over the place.
Some not so quick changes:
- Add a window the the other wall of the play structure room so no matter where you sit, parents can keep an eye on their kids. Right now, there are only 3(ish) tables with a window view and they are highly sought after.
-Recycling and compost options. Most of the packaging can be composted and it hurts to throw everything in the garbage.

I never leave reviews but I really never have had an experience at any other location in Sudbury as bad as this location! The only reason we went to this location instead of Newgate was because of the weather and we should’ve honestly just risked the drive to Newgate! When going through the drive thru with a meal deal coupon the first window girl was unable to get the coupon to apply. She called the manager who also couldn’t figure it out and instead wanted us to pay full price! With the coupon our order would have been around $40 and she wanted us to pay full price instead of figuring out a way to get us the coupon price. As a former McDonald’s employee, I’m absolutely horrified by the incredibly poor customer service from this manager! What ever happened to all managers having to be Guest Experience Leads before managers? It’s clear that this manager hadn’t been through GEL training. We ended up going down the street to Wendy’s where they were happy to take our $45 order and gave INCREDIBLE service! Save yourself the time and money at this location and either go to a different location or just Wendy’s down the road. I’d give it zero star if I could!
