Ended up with take-out box for the remainder of my meal on top of the FREE additional meal to go ‘special’. I had a flash back of the ‘Old Spaghetti Factory’ as the food was delicious. Staff and waiter were very friendly. Will definitely go back! Thank you East Side Mario’s!

As busy as he was he gave us great service and always with a smile & a chuckle , & he checked on us often to make sure all was good. Very pleasant young man. You’s are so lucky to have him as an employee. Our dinner was excellent, chicken parm, Caesar salad, & bread ….delicious & a huge serving. Would definitely recommend having a meal there !

I wish he was allowed to accept his own tips because he definitely went above and beyond. Our meal was around $60 and I would have easily given “him” a $30 tip. Great job Rascal we will definitely be back and ask for you.

Ordered wine which was niot the right portion! 10 minutes later we got a loaf of bread - no soup or main course! table across from us were on their second bowls of soup and appetizer! Finally asked for our bill and left! so an hour lost - need some training for wait staff!!
