    Today I ordered a lunch sausage and penne meal. The bread which was listed as being garlic bread was just bread and butter. There were 2 thin slices of Sausage and a several THIN PIECES OF PEPPER and some penne noodles with passable sauce. The restaurant looks tired , needing refreshment and paint and at 12 noon was already looking dirty. My companions meal were ok.. I would not return. For $100 for 4 ppl for lunch I expected a bit more. Nothing out of the ordinary but lots of pasta choices.

    Why dose every time I come there to pick a order I have to wait 20-30-40 minutes while every one who came after me got their order there is no food that even take that much time to be prepared terrible service should work on their waiting time

She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure everything was handled smoothly throughout our visit.     We just made a purchase for the family pasta deal (two mains, two garlic bread and a salad) through Skip. The order was missing more than half of the items. The salad, one main and two be bread was missing. When my colleague called to receive compensation, she was given a credit to re purchase the missing items. The credit she received was of lower value than what she needed to purchase the missing items individually. As there was several to feed, she decided to go through with reordering the missing items. I understand that the cost of delivery from skip is something else, but needing to repay the cost of delivery and MORE for the missing food was not helping the case. The main concern about our experience was the fact that the missing items that came were of MUCH smaller proportion than they should have been, EVEN though I am aware that they are ordered individually and the family deal was to offer larger portions. The salad we received and the Alfredo was half of what it should have been! Although I am sure that ordering a main alone compared to as part of a family deal, will have size differences in quantity, we assumed that it would be relatively clear that this order was replacement for the missing food, and that it would be of correct proportion. I am far from impressed. The photo attached contains the larger first main that we received, alongside the second slammer one and the size of the salad that is meant to be shared with 4 people.
