  Ordered through Uber eats and the last 2 times they have been so stingy on the nacho cheese sauce. I paid for 3 extra cheese sauce so that I have enough to dip my fries and nachos and they barely filled all 9f the containers. Do better!

  If I could give no stars I would. Waited for 25 minutes, people were served before us who ordered after. They forgot about the order and half of the kitchen staff walked away. The woman who took our order had what seemed like her family in the dining room. 0/10 never going back.

  Found some gravel and dirt on my wrap when i was chewing on it, really disgusting. I hope management gets replaced because i think my food fell and still served it to me. Payed to be poisoned.

  I am not a person who writes reviews. I don't feel compelled to complain about businesses, let alone fast food. This is not a review as much as it is a plea. This Taco Bell has been abandoned by any forces of good that exist in our universe. This Taco Bell exists in the blind spot of any God or Gods that may or may not exist. This Taco Bell is a nexus of suffering and torment. Taco Bell has been absent from my life for years because of this Taco Bell location specifically. One too many bad experiences forced the dream of cheap and easily accessible cheese and carbs out of my reality. But the yearning never left. I would talk to friends in other cities and sighed wistfully at the idea of being able to get nourishment from an actual functional Taco Bell. So when I heard rumors that this Taco Bell had been restaffed, I rushed to give this location another chance like returning to the arms of an old lover. And much like an old lover, I was hurt, perhaps predictably, again. I do not blame the staff of this location. I would never dream of harassing a single soul in customer service. I smiled and thanked the deeply apologetic employee who handed me my (cold) food in the parking lot a full half an hour after I was told it would be ready for pick up. A wait that took so long that I didn't even notice they forgot my drinks until I got home, which I wasn't interested in going back for to wait an indeterminate amount of time for. I believe that fast food workers are the bravest of all people and deserve to make $1000 an hour on top of a veterans discount on anything that costs money. To the Ontario Street Taco Bell workers, I think you are stronger than anyone for working in what might be the most unkind place on earth. My heart goes out to you by being so clearly abandoned by a corporation that ostensibly does not care about providing adequate staffing or reasonable working conditions. I am begging you to unionize. Strike. Something. Anything. You have nothing to lose but your chains. I don't think I'm asking for much. I am a simple person. All I want is a warm quesadilla and a drink in an amount of time befitting of Fast food. Life is hard and sometimes a person needs something cheap, cheesy and just okay. I'm not even trying to Live Más, I'd just like to live, like, at all, and I'm sure the workers at this location would like to Live with a job where they aren't understaffed and overworked. TL:DR? Taco Bell please fix this location bro

  had a really lovely experience with a young woman through the drive through. she was really kind and professional and it made a huge difference to have that type of experience at a restaurant. they were very clearly understaffed which is too bad :(
