  They had assigned someone very impolite to give out test chocolates. She kept all the samples with her, and anyone who wanted to try one had to ask, then she handed them out with a bad attitude and an angry face. When I asked for a sample, she told me, “This is your second one,” even though I had just walked into the shop. I love Lindt chocolate, but I have never experienced such rude customer service in any other branch. Buy Lindt, but definitely from another location.

  This is hands down one of the best Lindt outlets in Toronto. I’ve been here multiple times, and every visit has been a sweet experience (literally 🍫). The staff are skilled, friendly, and clearly take customer service seriously—though they balance professionalism with warmth, which makes the whole experience even better. And let’s be honest, who can say no to free chocolate at the door? It’s like a golden handshake… only sweeter. Highly recommend this store for both the quality of products and the quality of service.
