    This was a very disappointing dining experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant. The service was rude and impatient from the start. When we politely asked for a refill, the waitress came over with a frown and clear attitude. While ordering, she responded with “yeah / what / ok” in a dismissive way, with no explanation or basic courtesy. Regarding the food: the chicken I was initially served was clearly undercooked. I pointed this out, and to be fair, it was replaced. However, the replacement was completely burnt — hard, bitter, and nearly impossible to chew. There was no real apology or concern, just a quick replacement with no care for quality. On top of that, we also received a wrong order, and the plates were extremely small, barely able to hold the food, making the presentation very poor. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that once the waitress noticed we were writing a Google review, her attitude suddenly changed. It was obvious the concern was about the review, not the customer experience. This was an unpleasant experience, and we will not be returning.

    I’ll be honest here with this Swiss chalet. Came on the 9th of January for dinner. I felt it was a mistake coming here. Swiss chalet had always bought back fond memories from years ago. The wait for food was atrocious. Waited 45 minutes, was then told the kitchen staff had lost our bill/ order in the back. 2 people who came after us had gotten their food before we did. On top of that, another individual was waiting for their server to take their order to which he had to get a hold of himself. At this rate, I could have been a server and served myself. Lastly, they also had under cooked chicken at another table. To say the least, what was suppose to be a nice dinner outing turned out to be a disaster. If this was a reality show out of Hell’s Kitchen. Every one would be fired

    We had a great experience at Swiss Chalet thanks to Danni. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. She checked in at all the right times, made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and handled the table with professionalism while still making it feel relaxed and welcoming. Service like hers really makes a difference and adds to the whole dining experience. Thanks, Danni — we’ll definitely be back!

    I had dinner here tonight and would never return. The restaurant was under staffed, there were 2 employees serving all the customers. We asked for a glass of water and waited 10 smh. My brother got the chicken and rib combo and the entire back of the rib was burnt smh. We told the waiter but we didn't even get an apology. Although the waiter was trying their best to offer us good service you can see that they were so miserable. Bad environment.

    Went to this Swiss Chalet for dinner with my kid and the food was good, but what really stood out was the service. Our server Hwa was incredibly friendly, attentive and patient, constantly checking on our table and making sure we had everything we needed. I had a kid with me and Hwa took extra care of them, chatting with them, bringing what they needed right away and making sure their food came out quickly so they didn’t have to wait too long. You could really feel that she genuinely liked children and wanted them to have a great time. Because of her amazing service and warm attitude, our whole dining experience was relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location, especially for families with children, and a big thank you to Hwa for making our night so pleasant.
