We had a fantastic experience at Montana’s! We ordered steaks, and my daughter had the steak and ribs. The steaks were cooked perfectly and tasted great. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Tara was our server, and she was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Great food and outstanding service made this a wonderful dining experience. Huge thanks to Tara for making our visit memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Went on a Thursday night. Ended up waiting 45 minutes even though we had our reservation. When we got our food, there were side dishes missing on our plates (Cornbread and coleslaw). We had to ask about it to get what we paid for which seems a bit unreasonable. If we didn’t ask about it we would have just not received it. Also we had to ask for cutlery and side plates and napkins after getting our food so we were sitting there with our food getting cold. We were rarely checked up on or asked how everything was, and there was a lack of personality even when ordering. Being a server myself in a past time I can say it was a really poor job. I still gave a tip even though I felt the service and the whole experience did not deserve one. I’m quite disappointed and hope that’s not what it’s like on the regular basis.

We go there for lunch due to the caa special that get the rib for free. But the point is we are wait in line for 50 min, the captain just run around like the one man band, for the restaurant this size and treat the customers like this is unbelievable. We end up go to another restaurant and get the sit right away. If you plan to go there tonight just because of the CAA deal you better think twice 1/9/26 update I want to update my review to say thank you to Montana’s for reaching out and responding so thoughtfully after my visit. I appreciate the apology and the way the situation was handled afterward. I understand that the CAA free lunch promotion was very popular and created unexpected pressure on staff and operations. Unfortunately, on that day I waited quite a while and eventually had to leave and find another place to eat, which was disappointing. That said, I’m glad to see the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously. As a suggestion, it might be worth coordinating with CAA to run this type of promotion over a longer period, such as one or two weeks on weekdays, so it’s more manageable for staff and a better experience for customers. That way, everyone wins. Thank you again for following up and for the professionalism shown afterward.

This was my first time at Montanas. After hearing so many good things I thought I would go for my birthday with my wife. Made a reservation and arrived early which was not a problem they sat us down right away. Nick was pur server slash bartender. He took our orders and everything went downhill from there. My appetizers never came and when our steaks came out they must have been cooked for someone else because they were not how we wanted them. And what is with the tiny cup of baked beans and garlic mashed potatoes, i am an adult and would like adult servings not something for a child. I would not recommended this restaurant to anyone nor will i ever go back.

I usually love Montana’s and have always had good experiences at other locations, but this one was really disappointing and I won’t be coming back, at least not while this manager is in charge. The overall experience felt uncomfortable. We asked for an extra ranch and our server Nikki kindly brought it, but the manager (Krunal) questioned her about it right in front of us, which made things awkward. Nikki was great though and did her best to make it better. We also called ahead to ask if bringing our puppy in a stroller was okay and were told yes. After we had already ordered and our food arrived, we were asked to leave. I understand that it was a newer space and our puppy barked twice (not loud), so I get the concern. That part is understandable. The problem is that we never should’ve been allowed in the first place if it was going to be an issue, especially after confirming it beforehand. Being asked to leave at that point really ruined the experience. Overall, a very disappointing visit.
