This location redefines what “terrible service” means.
I placed a mobile order at 10:45 AM, arrived at 11:20, and was told my order had simply vanished — no explanation, no effort to check, just a dismissive “we didn’t get it.”
The shorthair senior lady I spoke to delivered one of the most unprofessional, sarcastic “sorry”s I’ve ever heard. Not an apology — just a clear message that my wasted time was my problem, not theirs. And to that senior lady who work on Jan 08 at 11:20 AM : STOP blaming your pathetic life on the customers and this job, it’s your JOB to serve the customers, you need that salary for living, huh?
If you enjoy disappearing orders, zero accountability, and being mocked for asking basic questions, this is the perfect McDonald’s for you.

The lady at the cash was extremely rude and grumpy tonight. Dec 7th 2025@ 6:30 pm.They had run out of Happy Meal boxes, and my child was crying for one. When I asked about it, she said it wasn’t her problem and spoke to me very disrespectfully. I even offered to pay for the Grinch box instead, but she refused to talk to me.I’m honestly shocked—do they not receive any customer service training? I left very disappointed.
