    Unbelievably long for 2 filet-o-fish combos and 2 happy meals. Filet and nuggets take 6 minutes in the fryer, and similar with fries. Should not take 20 minutes to have the order ready. Every car via drive thru had this similar type of long wait.

    I've ordered from this McDonald's a few times now and never had any issues, but today my bf did a drive-thru pick up order, while I was at home, and so I didn't realize until now that they gave me the wrong drink. I ordered an Earl grey double double but got a peppermint tea bag instead. I did notice that the tea was very milky and while I was trying to dunk the tea bag more, it wasn't creating any colour from the tea leaves. Only when I drank it, was I like why does this taste like toothpaste, and then I saw it was the peppermint tea. Luckily this isn't such a big deal but I would've much preferred to get the drink I actually wanted. It's also funny bc the cup label clearly says earl grey so I'm not sure how they even made a mistake like this

    Not good. I ordered a regular poutine and the cheese curds on the top is a big and frozen chunk…… not separated at all. And it’s higher priced than the other store for this item. I got this at Vaughan McDonald for 4.99 but it costed 5.99 here. The service of staff is good but I have to walk around to get a clean table. A lot of tables and chair bench are dirty with food stains and didn’t get properly cleaned…

    I came during early morning, and they took unbelievable long to make my food despite having no customers. One the food finally came, they forgot my water. I had to knock on the drive through window to get them to come back. I reminded them about my water, and I saw them close the windows, and just start walking around inside aimlessly. I had to knock and remind them again, and no joke this process repeated 3-4 times. It was like I wasn't communicating with humans and my request for water went through one ear and out the other. I ended up waiting 15 min for food and almost 30 for a water and my food was cold by the time I got my water.
