I was asked to wait in spot number 4, but all the regular parking spaces were full, so I had no choice but to wait temporarily in a disabled parking space. I waited for over 25 minutes and my food was still not ready. I then went inside and waited another 5 minutes, during which time my child was crying in the car. It was extremely stressful, and no words can fully describe how I felt at that moment. I hope the management can improve order handling and parking arrangements to avoid this happening again.

Even said I would pay for a pop just really wanted iced water, still she refused her name started with a P. I understand that they are listening to orders given to them but it is illegal for an establishment to refuse water. Water used to be no charge, if it is now no prob but the worker kept saying no. Asked to talk to manager and she kindly gave us water. Clearly there was away to charge for it. Actually insane that you have to speak to a manger to get a cup of iced water.

Craziest thing is wife ordered Uber Eats from a restaurant 35 mins away and got her food first. I live 2 mins away from this McDonalds.
