When I questioned the employees, they claimed that glove use is no longer mandatory after COVID, yet McDonald’s own policy states that any employee who directly handles food must wear gloves. Some Employees don’t use gloves when making burgers or other products i told to them but they answer it is not mandatory but i check in McDonnell policy is different they should be use gloves

I was parked for my nuggets (not a problem). I was handed my drink while I waited. I requested my coke to be refilled when my order arrived and was politely denied.

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s location. I came in with a free cone coupon, and the manager was rude. She told me the ice cream machine was “broken” and refused to redeem it.
So I went to the kiosk and tried to order an ice cream myself — and guess what? The machine was working just fine! They were serving ice cream cones to paying customers.
So what was that? Why lie? Why treat customers this way?
If the coupon is valid, just honor it. Don’t make excuses and don’t be rude. This is completely unacceptable customer service. I will not return to this location again.
