    I’d suggest sticking to the drive-thru here; the dining room is quite small and tends to feel neglected (sticky tables, full trash bins, and a bit of a smell). The food itself is standard McDonald's quality—my fries were fresh—but the service is a total coin toss. I've had super friendly staff at the window one night, and dismissive service the next. Definitely double-check your bag before you drive off, as they’ve missed modifiers on my orders a couple of times.

    Burger Pattie’s look like someone ripped pieces off before making, and fries were cold…. Not to mention ordering ice cream just to be told the machine isn’t on. Low quality staff, makes sense why the food is also low quality!

    This is another location that sells milkshake with paper straws. It will take 3 hours to finish that milkshake, and you are literally just sucking air. If they do not have another option they should have just take the items off the menu.

    I visited approximately 12:00 a.m. on December 17. I am writing to formally share several concerns regarding my experience during this visit. I’ve written an email to Ms. Aguilar earlier within the month however received no response on corrective actions. Upon entering the restaurant, there was no one stationed at the cashier. Staff appeared to be scrambling to fulfill orders, and I was only able to place my order after calling out to a staff member named Wing. During the transaction, there was an issue with a points redemption that Wing was unfamiliar with. She appropriately asked for assistance from another staff member, whom I assume was the team lead on duty (wearing a jacket with her hair in a low ponytail). Unfortunately, this interaction was handled in an unprofessional manner, as the team lead appeared visibly frustrated and spoke sharply to both Wing and myself. Notably, Wing was wearing a ribbon indicating she was new, which made this interaction particularly concerning. While waiting, I observed a visibly frustrated man in the pickup area demanding updates on his order. He was quite aggressive toward a staff member wearing a turban, despite the fact that the employee appeared to be doing nothing wrong. I suspect this individual may have been an Uber Eats driver. From a customer’s perspective, the lack of coordination and staffing contributed significantly to the tension and poor flow of the restaurant. The location appeared extremely understaffed, and while I understand the pressures that come with late-night service, the way the situation was managed—particularly the raised voices coming from the kitchen—felt hostile and was unlike my experiences at other McDonald’s locations. I have never previously encountered staff raising their voices in such a manner. Regarding my order (numbers 108 and 110), which included the new hash browns/tater tots, a 10-piece nugget, and a large fries: I specifically requested fresh nuggets and stated that I did not mind waiting. However, the fries tasted as though they were cooked in old oil, the tater tots were cold, and the nuggets were only lukewarm. I approached the pickup counter to address this calmly and discuss how the issue could be resolved. The same team lead responded defensively, stating that she had personally prepared the nuggets. I clarified that I was not questioning her effort, only sharing the condition of the food when I ate it. While she did remake the nuggets and tater tots—which I appreciated—it raised concerns about why the original items were cold if they were indeed fresh. I regularly request fresh nuggets at multiple locations due to my sensitivity to stale food, so this experience was particularly disappointing. I recognize that the restaurant was understaffed, and I fully understand that slowing down service is sometimes necessary to maintain quality and professionalism. Rushing orders under these conditions ultimately undermines both food quality and customer experience. Additionally, I observed the team lead squeeze through the food preparation area near the McFlurry machine, during which her jacket brushed against cups used for serving. This appeared unsanitary and concerning from a food safety standpoint. I respectfully suggest that CCTV footage from this shift be reviewed and that staffing levels and floor leadership be reassessed to ensure smoother operations, proper supervision, and a respectful work environment for both staff and customers.

    The worst manager of any mcdonalds I’ve ever been to her name is SHIVANI. She doesn’t know how to talk to customers there was a mistake with my order instead of apologising and replacing she started fighting. She better should improve her customer service or quit the job if she hates it. And she was very sure that her staff is not so stupid to make any mistake. Indirectly she was telling me im stupid. Im very sure it would have happened with someone else too.
