This dairy queen charges people more money than all other dairy queens. To prove the point go to your dq app and start a order for pembroke dq. Then exit and place the same order for the renfrew dq.
Charged and addition 5.69 for blizzards for 3 $10 meals when I should of been charged $6.0p in total. They also rang the orders on wrong so the points were able to be collected. I didnt realize this at first because the bill price of 54$ seems correct for my order that o place on pembroke. I was then informed I was charged an 18 $ for all my MEAL DEALS and not even my other meal for my husband.
This is wrong on so many levels. You should have the same prices at all location and make sure that your customers that eat at dq no matter what town theyre in aren't being ripped off by a location.
I was charged and additional 24$ for my meals when in fact I should of paid a 2$ increase for three meals.
I feel like taking 18$ from me and not informing me the billing structure is different is false advertising and you should have a law suit on your hands for taking money from people that would know. If 18$ came from me imagine how much money this dq is taking from the people how eat her daily

Spent $13.99 tonight on two strawberry milk shakes. The came to me barely cold and with no whip cream. The server said that people don’t usually want the whipped cream. I handed them back and he added it. Once again, barely (see picture) it was little bigger than a Hershey’s kiss.

Took my niece and nephew for dinner. They had the chicken tender meals and I had the cheeseburger meal. For all 3 of us the fries were hard some were even hallow! They certainly were not fresh, the chicken tenders were tough as well. At least the burger was ok and the sundaes. I did tell them at the counter and she agreed the fries were not good but that was it! Won’t eat there again.
