However my biggest complaint over cold food, forgotten food etc is when you sit in the drive thru and they let you sit there while taking cars in the other lane over and over again. It happens WAY to often in Port Colborne. I get 1 car but 2 , 3 ,4 cars while saying hello. Come on guys do better. I am polite, tip and try to be understanding but enough is enough
