  I literally ordered a big Mac with large fries and a quarter pounder blt with large fries, the moment we pay and pull up to the second window to wait for our order, an east Indian comes to tell us to pull over into the reservation spot because apparently its takes more than 10 mins to make an order as "big" as ours, a person behind us went through drive thru right after us while we are waiting in the reservation spot and immediately they got thier order without having to be told to go to the reservation spot like us.... get better employees, especially ones that actually know how to say hi and goodbye without speaking broken English.

  In the past I've gone to this McDonald's many times and I sucks, you can't even understand what the employees are saying. I went this Friday around 10am and it was perfect. The guy on the drive through mic was great and the person serving the food was great too. Even the order was correct.

  We stop at this McDonald’s every time we head north from Barrie to Sudbury. Every time we are happy. The staff are pleasant, the food is made well, and if there are any errors they are fixed quickly and with an apology. The restaurant is clean, and I love the setup they have for high chairs. I travel with a 2 yr old who loves to colour. I look forward to stopping here everytime. Keep up the good work Bowes St McDonald's!

  I've found that the night shift quality has gone down hill significantly, I went in to use the restroom and there was toilet paper on floor which were really dirty as it was. I came back a little later to get some food, I asked for 2 large fries and a grilled chicken snack wrap with a extra patty, I was given over cooked fries and a crispy chicken snack wrap. If management could look into this issue that would be great.

  McDonald’s Parry Sound consistently stands out when compared to other locations. The quality of the food, the level of customer service, and the welcoming atmosphere are all exceptional. The restaurant is always clean, well-managed, and the staff are friendly and attentive. What truly sets this location apart is its commitment to supporting the community. The current owner is a strong supporter of the West Parry Sound Health Centre Foundation. During McHappy Day, a portion of proceeds was generously directed to support the hospital, and throughout the year, this McDonald’s continues to contribute to local events by providing coffee, muffins, and more. Many businesses operate to serve customers, but McDonald’s Parry Sound does so while also giving back in meaningful and consistent ways. A special mention to Gabby and the entire team for their warm and professional service. Every visit is a positive experience. Highly recommend this location for both quality and community-minded values.
