    I came in on New Years. I was to pick up an order. I inquired about it and respected they were busy. Then I waited for over 45 minutes, only for them to tell me we accidentally just gave your order to the wrong person. Ok, I moved on. I came in again a couple hours later I waited for over 1.2 hours, only for them to tell me we don't know what happened to that order. Extremely rude Indian girl working in cash. I have been coming to this McDonald's for over 12 years very very disappointed..

    SCAMMERS!! I recently went to this McDonald’s and ordered a McDouble, my payment went through but my receipt didn’t print. The lady in the drive thu said that because I didn’t get my receipt printed they won’t give me my meal, even though it showed on my bank statement that it did go through (which I showed her). I then proceeded to ask for a manager but she said that there wasn’t one in at the moment and to either leave or pay for it again. I then called the store the next day and they said they wouldn’t do anything about it. This is very disappointing as I frequent McDonald’s all around Ottawa but haven’t had a situation like this happen in any other establishment:(
