Just want to call out the manager working today 11/23/25 around 1:00PM for telling customers the mistakes one employee has been making. The Person in talk is fairly older, heavy set, wears glasses and no name tag.
Not only is it harassment in the form of intimidation, and belittlement. We don’t care what mistakes this employee made. We care if it’s dealt with in a timely manner, which clearly your leadership skills are weak nor non existent if mistakes are persistent. It’s your job to ensure employees aren’t making mistakes. Don’t vent your lack of leadership skills, and pass it off as the employees fault. It’s yours.
Do better as a manager, and a leader. You don’t know what stresses your employees are going through.
Disgusting conduct on the part of the manager. No wonder employees make mistakes. You’re the fault.

The food is not bad however the staff working there gossiping about homeless people and other people very unprofessional to say the least. No one wants to be sleeping on the streets understand that if you need to gossip about it do it where people are as low as yourself and colleague share the same views. This is very offensive be more sensitive if you're looking to gain popularity talking about people not the first time I noticed this here. Mental illness and disability is a part of homeless and it could even happen to you and your little friends colleagues you had there tonight. Get a life

Very rude staff -they don’t know how to talk to customers at all. No manners, no respect, and no sense of customer service. I had a really bad experience and would not recommend this location to anyone. Terrible service!

Was here last Friday, early afternoon, and I’m sorry to say the lobby was disgusting. The garbages were overflowing. There was no napkins. There was no lids for the cups. There was spilled pop everywhere. I know it gets busy and sometimes it’s hard to keep up with things, but it wasn’t even that busy 😬
It should be noted that Emilda was not working that day…I know it would’ve been spotless if she had been there ♥️
