    Really bad customer service … telling me she does not have any money in any of the cashier to break a $100 . Really rude about it … I always go there and give large bills and never had a problem

    I’ve only been to this location a handful of times, and after a long day I went through the drive through to order dinner, after having my order repeated back to me and triple checked it was still wrong. Usually I don’t fright about minor things but, my burger was wrong, condiments that were meant for my burger went on another, sauce wasn’t in the bag, drinks tasted awful as they were flat and the syrup was not well incorporated. Alongside, the wait was long but that can be chalked up to dinner time rush. Moving forward I’ll be visiting other establishments in the area for dinner choices.

    I called this McDonald’s asking if they had a washroom. many washrooms are closed after a certain hour or out of service so I called just to make sure I wasn’t wasting my time getting there. The lady on the phone answered “obviously we do” with attitude then I said thanks and she hung up. Regardless, if it was a stupid question, she should have just answered with no tude. This was on November 5 at around 10:30 PM.

    Writing as a concerned parent. On October 29 2025, at least 10 students from a local high school bought lunch from this location and every one of them had severe stomach pain within 15-20 minutes of eating their food. The common denominator was fries. Let's all hope it is just dirty fry oil and not a full-fledged health and safety hazard. Management, take note and make sure your establishment is clean and your staff are following proper food handling protocols. If child gets any other symptoms, I will be reporting this officially.
