  Rude counter worker. I tried asking them what my number was or for my receipt and they disregarded me and the washrooms are locked so when I walked back to the counter to ask for access, they gave me attitude again for standing there The washroom was absolutely atrocious They gave me black coffee instead of my caramel latte

  This place is absolutely ridiculous at times! I pull up to the window to receive my order and the employees are just having a free-for-all of black women yelling at each other and one is standing there with my food so I had to wait until their argument was over. And I will add that this is not the first time. Get your crap together people, this is customer service!

  I will give 0 stars if i could. It says on google maps the restaurant at 501 Rd S is open 24 hours. We ordered through the app for 2 breakfast burritos and 1 sausage mcmuffin extra value meal at 7:25am. When we got there staff said they’re closed and don’t open until 8am. I tried to cancel but app was not letting me because order is already sent to the kitchen and it already charged my card. We went back after 8am, and line up on the drive thru but they couldn’t find our order. I showed them all our receipts but they wont give us our order or a refund. We asked if we can just get the food and they were telling us to line up on the drive thru again despite being already charged. So not only did we lose our money, we also went home with an empty stomach. This is not a very good experience. Especially on a christmas morning.

  I have ordered for my food to be delivered at 2:15am, tracked my order and the food has been ready at 3:15 and the driver has been sitting there waiting for it. Around 4am I called to cancel and was told I would have to cancel on the app when he fully knew once the order had started it can’t be cancelled. After calling multiple times (the last time my call was ignored) my food arrived around 4:25am. See photos!! Who’s running a business such as this?! Why is there over a 2 hour delay when the delivery driver has been waiting? Would never recommend this store to my worse enemy!!

  This is hands down the WORST MCDONALD'S. RITSON RD S they screw up everytime my family orders missing food missing drinks wrong drinks all diet pop call the store and the manager laughed and said not our problem it's SKIP THE DISHES FAULT As the manager said it's skip that makes the food drinks and bags it up and sends it wrong. Not the store or the employees that play on there phones and goof off in the store and when it was said that the McDonald's employees and the the manager that is the root of the problem they hang up the phone my wife spent 200 tonight and got half a the order. Never again will I go to that store and give them one red sent
