Stopped in to grab a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and a med coffee, a lady wearing a manager's uniform took my order and made the coffee. She then started calling for Mary in the back but got no answer so she went to prepare the bagel, I watched as she followed everything to a tee, washed her hands and put on gloves, while she waited mary appeared from the back and the manager told her to finish up my bagel. Mary, without washing her hands or wearing any gloves picked up my bagel and started to butter it, I pointed out this to the manager and she said they Do Not need to wear gloves when processing food. I asked for a refund and left.
