  Still your best option for a quality style meal for two in the area on a Tuesday night. Service was great as well the waitress actually was interested in our experience not just passing us off. Hard to get both nowadays but Swiss Chalet Orangeville is managing! Good job, will return!

  We had a wonderful dinner yesterday. The food was consistently good. Our server Terry was lovely. She was friendly, professional and attentive. The young lady that brought us our food was equally professional and friendly.

  Not sure I understand the high ratings… Arrived here for a quick pickup of Swiss Chalet’s $23 Sea Platter with battered fish and spicy popcorn shrimp during their Seafood Fest. The crunchy beer-battered haddock tasted OK, as I wasn’t a fan of their rotisserie chicken. For sides there was a variety to pick from including mash potatoes though I was surprised Mac & Cheese was set at $2 more. But fish portion was a bit small for what you pay for in this meal. Online app order was streamlined and but didn’t come with utensils by default and napkins were also missing in the bag. It was also inconvenient that pickup from Swiss Chalet was not possible at the usual front counter while the dining area was fairly empty. Instead I was diverted to the Harvey’s on the other side for Swiss Chalet’s pickup and had to lineup at the cash counter. I came back in to ask for utensils as well. Skip it or hit it? I may have to visit again to check if my skepticism is unfounded.

  Every time my girlfriend and I reconnect, we somehow find ourselves back at the Orangeville Swiss Chalet. More often than not, Dawn is our waitress — I’ve even joked and asked her if she ever gets a day off because she’s always there when we visit! Dawn is fantastic — efficient, attentive, and we’ve never had a single issue with the food or service. She’s warm, patient, and always up for a little conversation, which we really appreciate since we tend to linger and catch up longer than planned. She truly makes our visits even more enjoyable. We hope to see Dawn soon!

  Our server Zachary at Swiss Chalet was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure our drinks were always topped up, checked in at just the right times without being intrusive, and made us feel truly taken care of throughout the meal. Zachary was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and handled everything with a positive attitude and a big smile. His excellent service really enhanced our dining experience and made our visit to Swiss Chalet even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and hope to be served by him again!
